 WOMEN’S HOLISTIC THERAPY GROUP
This group will focus on expanding on your strengths and healing old patterns through a focus on wholeness!
This therapeutic group will offer:
Growing beyond patterns that don’t work in your life;
New ways of building on your strengths;
Use of an experiential component in each session such as art, music, or guided imagery.
Anticipated start date: Tuesday, April 28th, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Cost: $50 per session

The group will be on-going and we are requesting a minimum 3 month commitment to participate. The group will meet 3 times per month.

Are you feeling “stuck” with some aspect of your life?
Are you tired of feeling depressed, anxious, or just not satisfied?
Do you have difficulty coping with life as it comes?

COPING and SUPPORT GROUP

Who Can Benefit from this Group?
People who are trying to resolve difficulties in relationships,
People who are struggling with depression or anxiety,
People who are having troubling coping with other areas in life, and
People who would like the support and feedback of others going through similar trying times.

Are you going through a divorce, or contemplating the possibility of getting a divorce?
Are you struggling with feelings of uncertainty, loss, anger or sadness?
Are you unsure of how you are going to make it through all of the various stresses associated with divorce?
This group is designed to be
a “drop-in” support group.
You may attend the group as needed - no commitment to ongoing attendance is required;
You will have the opportunity to get support and feedback from the group leader and others,
You will be able learn about how others are handling various difficult aspects of the divorce process, and
You will benefit from the sharing of resources and support.
Join us for a low-cost support group to
help people going through the same process as yourself!
There is no commitment to regular group attendance-you can
“Drop-In” whenever you need some support!
Cost: Because this is a support resource for the community, the cost per group is $10.00.

Support Group for Young Persons With Serious Mental Illness (SMI)
If you have received a diagnosis that can be considered an SMI this group may be for you.
This group will offer:
Support
Coping Skills
Targeted Goals
For persons with SMI and their families.
Parents will have monthly opportunities to participate in the group process and gain their own skills and support.
Cost per Group: $50.00

4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
